About Me
I'm Sushil Garbuja, an IT Officer and full stack developer based in Myagdi, Gandaki Province. My work sits at the intersection of local government technology and modern web development — I currently support rural municipality offices in Nepal with website systems, digital infrastructure, and day-to-day IT operations.
Alongside government IT work, I build web applications end to end, from interface to backend logic, and I stay close to emerging technology, particularly artificial intelligence, as both a learner and a practitioner. I also spend time training staff and community members on digital tools, because I believe technology only creates value when people know how to use it.
I care about steady, practical progress: better systems, clearer documentation, and small improvements that make digital services more accessible for communities that are still early in their digital transformation journey.
